When we were working, we always planned to travel the world and to see as much as we wanted to see. This started in 2013 and from 2013 to 2016, we made 3 trips that totalled 2 years, 2 months, 12 days.

We managed to build a home on our acreage, welcomed “Ginger” to our family, as well as multiple chickens and the occasional pair of cattle. In November, we welcomed a “little” Angus heifer calf – can you call 40kgs “little”?

We have continued to travel – Nick (solo) to South America, and together, back to the UK and Egypt with many smaller trips in the local area – Hawaii, Fiji, Noumea, Vanuatu. We have also managed to do some more local exploring, in Queensland, with our Caravan.

And now, we are getting ready to travel overseas again!
