Our names are Nick and Mary-Jane and we love travelling! There, I’ve said it!

We’ve travelled widely in Australia over the years and we have also travelled overseas, sharing our love of Australia with fellow adventure travellers. We have camped under canvas, in a camper trailer, a caravan & and motorhome. We have camped at the Planemetric Centre of Australia and behind a cemetery in Russia. We have done cruises (only 2, as they aren’t our thing), organised tours (again not really our thing) but mainly we prefer to be self-motivated travellers, getting around using any method available.

After a few years of no big trips – ok, I will admit that use of the word “big” is our interpretation, we are packed and ready for set off once again. the suitcases are packed – can MJ survive for 6 months on the contents of 1 suitcase?, the house is clean, the garden is prepared for winter, Ginger has moved in with the neighbours and we have left home.

We will spend a couple of days in Brisbane doing some last minute admin, observe Anzac Day, catch up with family and friends, and generally overdose on the cuteness of our grandson, Arthur.
